General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) are intended to define the rules, rights and obligations governing access to and use of the Kendair platform, operated as applicable by Travela SARL or Kendair Ltd. This platform allows users to search for, compare and book air tickets and hotel accommodation, as well as various complementary travel services, in compliance with applicable legal and contractual provisions.

By accessing and using the platform, the user acknowledges having read these GTCS and expressly accepts them, fully and without reservation. These conditions are therefore enforceable against the user. In the event of disagreement, the user expressly agrees not to access the platform or use it in any way.

Kendair is a booking platform operated with a hybrid legal structure: Travela SARL collects Mobile Money payments in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, while Kendair Ltd (Company No. 17255610, England and Wales, a private company limited by shares incorporated on 2 June 2026) is the seller for card payments where this method is offered. Kendair is not a party to the transport or accommodation contract concluded between the user and the provider.

Kendair makes available to users a digital platform allowing them to: • Search for and book international flights with partner airlines • Search for and book hotels worldwide • Manage their bookings through a personal area • Make secure payments via Mobile Money Important note: No booking is confirmed until payment has been validated. Cash payments or payments outside the platform are strictly prohibited.

5.1 Accuracy of information The user undertakes to provide, for each booking, accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including their personal details and travel information (identity documents, passport, etc.). Any error is solely the user's responsibility. 5.2 Booking as a guest Bookings are made without a mandatory account. The user books as a guest and receives the confirmation and all travel documents directly by email. It is their responsibility to keep this confirmation email safely.

The user undertakes to: • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not make fraudulent or fictitious bookings • Not provide inaccurate or misleading information • Behave respectfully towards partner providers • Not use the platform for purposes contrary to public order

Displayed prices are expressed inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including applicable taxes and fees, unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices may vary. Only the price confirmed at the time of final validation is firm and applicable.

8.1 Payment methods Payments are processed exclusively via Mobile Money, through secure partner payment providers. Mobile Money payments are collected by Travela SARL. Card payments, where available, are collected by Kendair Ltd. Transactions are secured (AES-256 encryption, HTTPS/TLS protocol). 8.2 Fees Any fees related to currency conversions or banking services are borne exclusively by the user. 8.3 Responsibility of payment providers Kendair cannot be held responsible for delays, errors or processing refusals attributable to payment providers. However, Kendair undertakes to assist the user in the event of difficulty.

9.1 Electronic contract When a user makes a booking, an electronic contract is concluded directly between the traveller and the relevant carrier or provider. Kendair is not a party to this contract. 9.2 Contractual carrier and operating carrier The flight may be operated by a carrier different from the one with which the ticket is purchased (codeshare). In the event of a dispute, liability depends on the conditions of the contractual and operating carriers.

Cancellation conditions depend on the relevant provider (airline, hotel). Some bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded. • In the event of a no-show, charges may apply • Some bookings may be eligible for free cancellation within the stated period • After this period, cancellation charges defined by the provider apply

11.1 General policy Refund conditions are communicated before booking confirmation. Some bookings are non-refundable, partially refundable, or refundable subject to conditions. 11.2 Cases giving rise to a right to a refund • Cancellation within the periods authorised by the provider • Cancellation of the service by the provider (cancelled flight, closed hotel, etc.) • Recognised exceptional cases (force majeure, official decision) 11.3 Non-refundable cases • Tickets or accommodation categorised as non-refundable at the time of booking • No-show • Cancellation outside the authorised period • Error attributable to the user (incorrect name, incorrect date, etc.) 11.4 Amount and period In the event of an eligible refund, the full amount paid is refunded, including Kendair service fees. Eligible refunds are processed within a maximum period of 48 hours following validation of the request. 11.5 Refund procedure 1. Contact Kendair customer service at bookings@support.kendair.com 2. Provide the booking number shown in the confirmation email 3. Comply with the requirements of the relevant provider where applicable

As the services offered are international, a booking may be subject to several jurisdictions depending on the country of departure, the country of arrival and the applicable international conventions. Kendair does not guarantee the automatic application of rules specific to certain jurisdictions.

For any specific accessibility request (wheelchair, adapted rooms, etc.), the user is invited to contact the relevant provider directly. Kendair may, as a facilitator, forward these requests, but does not guarantee that they will be taken into account.

14.1 Liability relating to providers Kendair acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, overbookings or non-performance of services operated by partner providers. 14.2 Liability cap To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kendair's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the booking. 14.3 Exclusion of indirect damages Kendair cannot be held responsible for operating losses, delays, missed connections, loss of opportunity or any other consequential loss. 14.4 Force majeure Kendair cannot be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event (natural disasters, armed conflicts, pandemics, telecommunications failures, etc.).

In the event of a dispute, the user must first contact Kendair customer service in order to seek an amicable solution. Kendair undertakes to respond to any claim within a maximum period of 15 calendar days. In the absence of a satisfactory resolution, the parties will seek an amicable solution through mediation or arbitration before any legal proceedings. In the event of a continuing dispute, the competent courts of Kinshasa, DRC, will have exclusive jurisdiction.

All content on the Kendair platform (logos, trademarks, texts, images, interfaces, databases, software) is protected by intellectual property provisions and remains the property of Kendair Ltd, Travela SARL or their partners. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Kendair reserves the right to send the user all administrative notices and communications necessary for the proper operation of the service, regardless of their marketing preferences.

In the event of any divergence between the different language versions of these GTCS, the version written in French will prevail, except where mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

Kendair reserves the right to amend these GTCS to reflect legal, regulatory or technical developments. Any substantial amendment will be notified by email or notification on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These GTCS are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law in force in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Congolese courts of Kinshasa.
